As a Sales & General Store Manager, you will be a very important member of the BOD in your home country, responsible for recruiting, training and managing branch activities according to guideline of BOD.

To become a successful Sales & General Store Manager, in addition to the requirements to complete the job, the prerequisites we expect from you are moral qualities, enthusiasm and progress at all times.

What will you do

  • Recruiting, training, and managing human resources teams: Telesale, Customer Support, Warehouse...
  • Together with BOD, proactively come up with strategies and plans to improve human resource quality and increase sales revenue during work.
  • Be a member of the BOD and report directly to the CEO and COO
  • General management of daily office work
  • Other tasks assigned by BOD

What we are looking for

  • Female - born in 1993 - 1999

  • Fluency in English 

  • Having experience as a sales team leader or in the human resources industry is a plus

  • HONEST, ENTHUSIASTIC, good manners, diligent, persistent, progressive 

  • Be motivated to make money and conquer sales goals

  • Enthusiastic and ready to build with the company's startup team.

  • Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude  and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive

  • Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
