We are looking for talented Customer Support/Rescue candidates with the ability to work in teams, dedicated, enthusiastic, and agile so that orders are sent to customers quickly and accurately, contributing to create sales achievements.

What will you do

  • Proactively contact customers if the order is overdue for delivery/ notify information such as delivery time/location between the customer and the shipping unit to avoid refunds as much as possible.

  • Actively communicate with the shipping unit about delayed orders or need to request support from the shipping unit to achieve the highest successful delivery efficiency

  • Follow-up and track record of parcel delivering.

  • Update stock list in system.

  • Other tasks assigned by the BOD and Manager.
  • Meet KPI to get bonus.

What we are looking for

  • Proficient in using computers and able to learn to use our software quickly

  • Graduated or have experience from the following fields: Accounting, mathematics, business administration...

  • Basic communication English

  • Teamwork and problem solving skills
